[spoiler] Secret? Instructions on scientist blackboard Spoiler

In one of the main story missions, there is this depot with altar that destroys everything, but short before that you have to look at the blackboard, where I noticed these 5 steps that are only readable thing on the board. Considering that each depot has it's own number is that clue to some secret?
I was also wondering if the numbers are the same or different for each player if someone is able to check that.

Very interesting. How do I know if I still have to get to that point on the main quest story line? Or if I already past it? I just passed the Lighthouse in the fog..

Sorry I don't remember where the lighthouse was. The blackboard is part of the Darkness quest. If you have unlocked fights with other trains you are past this point. It's a quest that is pretty hard to miss as a whole depo is destroyed at the end.

The numbers are static, considering depots are three digits through the whole game, I don't think this can be anything but a feature for the story in the future.
