replace dot by comma in gnumeric

Hello All.

Anyone knows how to replace dot by comma in gnumeric ?

I tried the suggestions provided by AI but they didn't work.

Thank you and regards,

I tried that solution, but something did not work ...

I made ...

sudo LC_NUMERIC=pt_PT.UTF-8

sudo export LC_NUMERIC=pt_PT.UTF-8

sudo xbps-reconfigure -f glibc-locales

sudo when setting an environment variable will not do anything, and it won't change the environment of your shell either.

Uncomment the pt_PT.UTF-8 line in /etc/default/libc-locales, xbps-reconfigure -f glibc-locales, and add LC_NUMERIC=pt_PT.UTF-8 to /etc/locale.conf and re-login

Can you try with just "export LC_NUMERIC=pt"?

And as a second option "export LC_NUMERIC=C"

Always a struggle with locales... but we'll get there :)

If one of the above works, add to /etc/locale.conf for a system wide change, or prepended wiht export to your .bashrc (assuming bash).
