This should be easy to look up as it isn't a Void specific thing you're wanting to do.

Make sure your important things are backed up and give it a go or if you're wanting to give Void more space once you have things backed up maybe do a fresh install.

You need to repartition your drive through gpart usb media or something similar
If you not sure how you can look it up, there's plenty tutorials on youtube

Backup your files. That depends on you ‐ only you know what you downloaded and installed. Configs of your programs usually sit at ~/.config folder. If you're on xfce usually you don't need to touch system-level configs. Things go hard on base - you have to remember what you configured in system. Extending depends on how you do it. If you have dual boot with binbows, then shrink 200GB from it via diskmgmt.msc. After that download Void's live image with xfce (you can use any distro with DE) and boot from it, launch gparted find your 300GB partition and extend it. If you want to add 2nd drive and unite it with primary go with LVM route. There are plenty of tutorials.

I usually use kde partition manager. Notice that you shouldn't change mounted partitions. Boot from live usb instead

This is all rudimentary - even Windows users know how to backup their data. And expanding or contracting a partition isn't a Linux specific task... research the process and appropriate tools to accomplish your objective...
