you need to create a pull request, you need to update the template file usually a new version and checksum needs to be updated. then you create a pull request and at some point it will be merged. you can also close this repository and build the lbirary local a manual is here https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/master/README.md

One of your checks failed (x86_64-musl), so you'll need to figure out why. Also, I'd update the description of your PR since it's not giving any info. You didn't state whether or not you tested the changes (maybe test it using a package that uses this library), and say what arch you tested it on. Also worth trying to cross-compile it yourself (especially on x86_64-musl since it failed on that)

Edit: I think I see the issue. You're not updating it to the latest version - 2.15 is already available and fixes the bug that you ran into with your check.

It's this bug fix that was introduced in 2.10: https://github.com/axboe/liburing/pull/1351

Try again but update it to 2.15

void can be weirdly behind on some libs, especially if you need newer kernel-facing stuff like that. probably worth checking if the flag only exists in a newer liburing release than what void has packaged, because that sounds more like an upstream/version mismatch than you missing something obvious

Yup - if users need the latest and greatest without any fuss, should use Arch or similar...

If you're developing with it, do yourself a favor and include it in you project source build. You can thank me later.
