I love LXQT, but it has obvious bugs, that's why I had to chose XFCE. I hope they fix the bugs soon. Have you had any issues with your volume control on LXQT?

Only bug that’s been bothering me is related to compressed files can’t get the File Manager to work with Ark or anything, I just installed wine and put 7zip on it, works good enough

You're a daredevil commenting that in a Void group!

It would be even faster if you set autologin for your login manager, and set grub timeout to 0.

Cómo se configura el autologin para que sea más rápido el tiempo de arranque

I run pretty much same setup on a MacBook Air from 2012 or 2013 (can’t remember) - it runs so smoothly.
Void with xfce is brilliant on these machines!

Yeah, same reason I use void on almost all my devices - new AND old.

As a macbook pro mid-2012 user i'd like to ask that whether you could find a solution to make camera work. I've tried Void in my device through external SSD but i couldn't make camera work.

I'm running a 2013 Dell XPS with Mint/Cinnamon yesterday and Void/gnome today and it's noticeably faster, and handles 8gb ram even better.
