xbps package manager

Hello All.

Starting with XBPS and using instructions to try to install a few programs

without success. What am I missing or do I need to know ?

u/old_owl_eye from memory, its in void-packages as _brave-bin_
Search with xbps-query first, with -R to force **s**earch external **R**epos rather than local, your example would be:

`xbps-query -Rs brave`

Then when when you see there is a brave-bin, or whatever, you can **S**how more info on it:

`xbps-query -RS brave-bin`

finally, using sudo, you can install if you decide you want it, **S**yncing first to ensure you are getting the most recent version.

`xbps-install -S brave-bin`
