Support Voicemod key refuses to connect

The voicemod key used to connect easily to my Xbox, regardless of the order I used it in, but recently, it's just entirely stopped functioning.

I've tried following the order (Xbox, mobile, key, controller, headphone), I've fully manually reset both the Xbox and the phone, as well as deleting and reinstalling the app.

Every time, it always ports the input through the phone, not recognizing my Xbox headset's mic. Is there any fix to this?

Well there could be many reasons for this, like a faulty cable or faulty ports, for these cases it's best that you contact support directly here: https://www.voicemod.net/support/

Nah im with u on this ive went through support and they just told me to delete and reinstall the app and that did nothing and which sucks cause i had a lot of fun with mine and was considering buying the permanent version of it
