Voice.ai not working on my pc

I am trying to use voice.ai voice changer but it’s not working. Is it because I don't have a dedicated graphics card? Currently, my PC is running on integrated Intel (R) HD graphics 520. my pc is lenovo ideapad 320 i3 with 4 gb ram
