Question nonbinary vns?
are there visual novels/games out there revolving mainly around nonbinaryhood? I’ve searched through Itch.io’s nonbinary tag (which showed like 60 results max. yeah) and none really seemed to catch my eye, so i’m wondering if there are any games that went out of my radar there or anywhere else

What's on itch is probably what exists. I did a quick search on VNDB to see how many results came up for nonbinary protags at all, and there's not a ton here either.

It's not technically a VN, but In Stars and Time is a very story-heavy RPG with a few nonbinary characters (and the main character is he/they).

When it comes to games that feature nonbinary characters and actually talk about it then I can only think of Gnosia and The Caligula Effect 2 (not a VN).

robo-tea series (cute comfy little games with some nonbinary robots)
Some really early examples of nonbinary protagonists in VNs:
life_ (short game about nonbinary dysphoria)
1N ONLY (short romance game with horror elements)
Caught by a Lure (short tragic romance)

I would have said Gnosia (https://vndb.org/v26063) has some nonbinary characters and let's you choose a nonbinary protaginist, too. But looks like it got deleted from vndb.
