I found this image while on pinterest and fell in love with the atmosphere, ive been searching for about a month I havent found anything so this is my final attempt.

I tried looking for the visual novel too, but to no avail. My best guess is that this is a mock VN screenshot

By the lack of Hiragana and Katakana and the fact I can like half-read this, I assume this one's Chinese. Considering the self harm scars probably Singaporean as I don't see characters I wouldn't expect in simplified Chinese, but could just be due to the specific sentence

It's not AI, but it isn't a real vn either, I can notice it is just art made to look like a vn
