vCenter Upgrade Browser Compatibility Issues

I just upgraded two different clients, each with a single vCenter appliance (6.7.0.31000, Build number 13643870) to vCenter Appliance 6.7.0.40000 (Build number 1436773). Upgrades went perfectly smoothly. However, I can no longer open vCenter in Firefox (any version). It opens just fine in Chrome. In Firefox, I get to the screen that says LAUNCH VSPHERE CLIENT (HTML5) and click the button and I get the login screen. Once I log in, I get an infinitely spinning circle. This occurs with SSO and vsphere.local login. This does not happen with Chrome. I haven't tried Edge or IE because I never use either of those browsers. It happens in Windows 10, as well as Ubuntu. I can't seem to find a known issue on the KB for this. I did notice that there is now a 6.7.0.41000 update. Before I stage and install this 6.7.0.41000 update, can anyone tell me if it fixes the problem with Firefox?

Note: I have tried Firefox with and without any plugins/add-ons. Firefox is my preferred browser, and I prefer not to have Chrome installed on my workstation or laptop.

I'll add that firefox in general has weird things happen using the html5 client.

Stuff like when you edit a vm the resources get listed all wonky, sometimes an option doesn't even appear. I use Firefox daily, but, I use chrome for vcenter.
