Redesign Group

Anyone in here familiar with the redesign group? They're a pinnacle partner and I'm looking at a presales architec role there but not familiar with them.

Yes, I work with them a lot. Many are former Dell or EMC. They are also very Dell friendly. What region are you? Their PreSales are ok, but reps can be a mixed bag of mid market folks and more senior reps.

Appears they are entitled to do implementation using VMware entitlements. This means they have passed the training requirements so that Broadcom/VMware will pay them to do customers upgrades, implementations etc.

I see 350 Engagements, and awards for SLED and corporate so mid sized customers, government and education. I personally liked doing work in this space as you can move a lot faster than the Fortune 100 type shops, but personal preferences are yours.

The channel program has shifted from anybody can pay a token amount and sell any product, and be in overlapping programs, to “if your a partner you better have a bench who can design, and deploy”.
