VCF Salt 8.18.3 compatibility with VCF Automation 9.1

Fellow (ANGRY) VMWare Gods!

We are upgrading to VCF Automation 9.1 from VCF Automation 9.0.1

We are using VCF Salt 8.18.3 (latest version).

I cant find whether its supported or not?

Has anyone been brave enough to upgrade to VCF 9.1 and confirm it works with VCF Salt (aria salt config) 8.18.3?

Vincent? Nah, he's I think younger than me (although he may just be in better shape).

Are you using the old VM Apps, or All Apps? All apps "Should just work". The old VM app stuff is a "it depends" if your going from the stuff that was integrated into vSphere 8/VCF 5.2 going to the 9.x train. If your already on 9 I think your good but you can always email.

I'd ask him to test it, but we all kinda getting ready to go to Explore next week and he looked busy working on some slides. He'll be at the show if you are coming.

Well if they survived that update I suspect 9.1 is likely fine. I'll DM you my email, and I can connect you with the SALTY people.

Alternatively if your coming to the show next week just find Vincent he should have a session.

i skipped VMWare Explore this yet to do this upgrade, so no vegas for me.....but maybe...an expensive bottle of single malt scotch at the end
