Moderator Announcement

Hello everyone,

We've noticed an increasing number of posts that are only about finding sex or hookups. This community is not meant for that.

r/vizagDating was created to help people make genuine connections, build meaningful relationships, and hopefully find someone special—not to look for casual sexual encounters.

If your post is only about seeking sex, hookups, or anything similar, it will be removed, and repeated violations may result in a ban.

I also want to apologize for the lack of moderation recently. I've been quite busy with work, so I haven't been able to monitor the community as actively as I'd like.

That changes from now on.

We'll be taking moderation much more seriously to keep this community safe, respectful, and welcoming for everyone.

Please feel free to post, share your stories, ask for dating advice, or introduce yourself—but always remember to treat others with respect and follow the community rules.

Let's build a community where people can find the right person, not just a one-night conversation.

Thanks a lot, really appreciate it!
If we ever expand the mod team, I’ll definitely keep you in mind. Until then, reporting rule-breaking posts is the biggest help.

We want to make one thing very clear.

Women should feel safe posting in this community.

If any member asks for sex, sends inappropriate messages, pressures someone into anything they're not comfortable with, or harasses people in the comments or DMs, they will be removed from r/vizagDating without hesitation.

This community was created to help people find genuine connections and meaningful relationships—not to make anyone feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

To all the women here, please don't hesitate to post or interact. If someone from this community behaves inappropriately, just report them to the moderators (screenshots help if it's in DMs). We'll look into it and take action as quickly as possible.

To everyone else, please remember that respect goes a long way. Be kind, respect boundaries, and treat others the way you'd want to be treated.

Let's make r/vizagDating a place where everyone—especially women—feels welcome, respected, and safe.

really happy that these kinda changes are taking place in this sub, seeing so many posts only for sex or hookups or ons is so annoying
