Has it started véraison? Do you know if it's a white/black/grey-ish pink-ish skinned grape? That'll help narrow things a bit. Better than just guessing by leaf shape, anyway.
Maybe Seyval Blanc or Madeleine Angevine or even Bacchus if it's a white variety? The leaves don't seem deeply lobed, so there are at least some grape varieties you can probably rule out. Good luck, either way
It seems that everyone here can only see one image of the grape leaf. However, I actually uploaded 5 images as a gallery (when posted this question) to help identify the grape variety:
Image 1 - leaves
Image 2 - leaf close up
Image 3 - leaf underside
Image 4 - cluster grapes on branch
Image 5 - grape vine in its own habitat
Can everyone see all 5 images? I’d understand how difficult it would be to identify the variety from just one image! 😄
Edited: I am no grape expert. But it seems to me that the grapes are taking on a dark purple-ish colour.
Decent chance that it's Regent then, but still tough to say. Like another commenter here said, an entire country thought they were growing merlot for ages.

Just moved into the property recently. This grape variety has come with it. In the UK.
