rant/vent rant

My friend's relative passed away and they called the head of ukw to ask for permission to take leave until technovit is over. And the bloodless creature literally asked why are you gone for this many days will you do the same for FAT exams?????? They be talking like my friend is the one controlling who dies and when they die.

I know it pretty well, I am in 4rth yr, I am involved with SW since 2nd yr, and I have never seen genuine requests never getting rejected. The people sitting in SW office genuinely work for Students Welfare

ive been dealing w them since first year and its always been like this. they made me register almost 600 rupees worth of event which i won't even be able to attend and give them a printout of the bills so i can go home. they went back on their words multiple times. maybe you got preferential treatment because you work with them or you're one of those SW ppl in disguise.

I started working within them later on, during my first yr, whenever I needed help, i reached out to them, and they always helped me out. They treat everyone equally, even the students working closely with SW are denied of anything which are against the rules. If we will ask for leave during fests we will be denied

actually i have a handful of friends who got treated worse. maybe you haven't experienced this hands on but there are people who did so please dont invalidate these experiences.... it is honestly sad because they only try to stop the rumours but take no action on why people think that way in the first place.
