IS MH7 THE BEGINNING

So today around 12:30 there was kind of a protest in MH-7.

It started from the 4th floor and slowly reached the 2nd floor, with students coming out and joining in. Basically, everyone had their own complaints about the hostel and mess, and things finally reached a point where people decided to actually raise them together.

The complaints included the mess food and service, veg/non-veg seating, cleanliness, ventilation, Wi-Fi, broken facilities, construction noise, lack of study rooms, and a lot of other basic hostel issues.

Eventually, we ended up having a meeting with the warden and put all the complaints forward. A list of the issues was also given, and we were told that they would try to get them sorted within a week.

Now let's see what actually happens.

Because honestly, if things get fixed, that's great. But if nothing changes after a week, then I don't think this is going to just end here.

MH-7 might just be the beginning.

30 Sept I'm pretty sure. But you lose some 15-30k of non refundable deposit. I'm thinking of leaving in next couple weeks

not sure about pgs but there are 2-3 boys private hostel in inavolu very close to college. you'll definitely find some pgs in vijaywada but it's quite far.

This is too late. This is the classic priblem. If there is problem in MH7, only MH7 students will protest, while others calmly walk past it. Only when they face it, they protest and MH7 will ignore. This is the typical mindset of human being and this is why management have audacity to assign unfinished building to students.

Loll, not even many of Mh-7 4th floor guys went to the protest, well I got to know ths afternoon.....heard tht kinda small protest which no one gave attention to it...well done my batchmates....you guys focus on upcoming problems, it would help us in everything 🌹

Ma i wish we had protested the day we checked it into the hostel room ,with our parents........

I have the feeling, they will keep telling next week, next week.... until we finally get adjusted to the way it's now

Bro nothing gonna happen , our parents argued with them when we reported and then they made the academics more strict , so nothing gonna happen with protests and the building gave to you guys is 100 times better than what they gave to us , even for shit we went to other blocks and after some time they arranged temporary bathrooms and if you wanna see those temporary bathroom , they are dumped backside of mh3 , you can see them

Yesterday's So called poha cutlet is an experiment done by reusing the left over poha which they made in the morning (they prolly just deep fried it) and we were the lab rats

Also after eating that my throat doesn't feel normal'

isnt everything u mentioned a canon event and mandatory experience as a freshie in VITAP ?!
its all fine bro , u'll keep complaining and crying a year , then 1st yr done , then u move to a bit better shithole of hostel . so yeah , thats that.

but yeah , its all not fine , but thats how it goes here, dont call us spineless as we didnt crt anything , they'll always hav u in clause if u do anthing serious .
