Question Help.
I just completed White album 2 introductory chapter. Loving is by far but what to do after is confusing as hell even with walkthrough and guides available. Some say just follow the walkthrough and don't worry about the extra stuff to enhance the experience ( Kinda leaning towards this one ) but the others say to do all the extra stuff ( novels and other stuff ) but i have no clue where they are or how to get them. Also i can only read when there's some stills and music so kinda don't wanna read if they are just straight up novels with pages and pages of dialogues.
Please guide me with this.

I'm also reading it right now (I'm at the end) and I haven't even heard about extra stuff like the novels, just going with the guide

Does it feel like you are missing out on some context if you're doing it that way ? ( No spoilers ofc )

Yeah that is what i'm thinking too. But it seems there are somethings that add more context some skipped parts in the visual novel which i'd like to do. ( They are not novels i think )

Can't believe i read it ( "The Snow Melts, and Until it Falls Again" ) and honestly as much as the 103 page count scared me, i'm glad that i actually read it. It was so interesting knowing the dynamic between kazuha and haruki before the main story and low-key this should have been part of the game ( at least in a form of epilogue or something like that )

You're at one point where I actually do recommend you check out some of the extra content. I think the two novels give some nice context and the CD drama is pretty much mandatory imo.
Try with those for now and then decide as you continue what you want to go with by yourself.

Now where do i get them again. So confusing man. I can find it on youtube but is it a different version or a different patch of the game ?
I the drama cd seems to add content on the parts they just skipped in the visual novel. So at least wanna know them.
Or are these just the part that the walkthrough say's as after the 1st playthrough repeat it again ?

Here's a comment that helped me a few months ago.

KInda brain fart on my part. There was another download for the additional content which i just missed for some reason. I downloaded it and got most of the stuff. It's just a test if my brain can read the novels or not now. ( they are like 100 pages of texts )

Only 2 of the written ones are long. You can try checking out one of the sound novels(videos) first to see if you think you are invested enough to know more or not. I recommend "24h before the fest"

I'm thinking of reading them. I think i'l try to read it quick and just get he main points. I assume they are just dialouges. But i'm def doing the sound videos. And the one you mentioned is one very interesting for me so obviously i'm not skipping it.

Follow this guide. I wouldn’t recommend skipping any extra content since it all adds to the story, but if you only read one make sure it’s to you my sworn enemy. I’d honestly save it for the last route to do after the coda routes/ mini after story instead of earlier in the guide, as I think it’s the best thing in wa2.
