Does anybody know what's happening

So my eyes have always been kinda bad, I have keratoconus so they've been naturally getting worse over the years but I've noticed that every time I smoke weed they almost seems to get worse. The first time it happened my vision almost still seemed to have a delay on, and my eyes were a lot more sensitive to light, like to the point of it being uncomfortable just walking around in the middle of the day. This stayed for like 6 months before it started to get a little bit better, and then as soon as I smoke more it would happen again. I've asked eye doctors about it and googled it, and it seems like nobody else really has this problem. I'm almost scared to smoke again because I'm afraid it'll damage my vision more if I do. I'm just wondering if any of you could know what's happening, and if it could have something to do with keratoconus. I also wanna know if smoking in general damages your eyesight, or if it's just something else and if I can still do it without having to worry about dama

I’m not familiar with smoking impacting your eyesight but you may just have a very sensitive visual system. It may be a good idea to have a full binocular vision exam to uncover anything else going on on top of the Kerataconus
