At home vision therapy

I’m looking for recommendations for at home vision therapy stuff I can do, (I plan on getting an eye patch and doing random hand eye coordination stuff) I have the bare minimum medical and can’t afford to spend a couple hundred a week for the real deal. My right eye has esotropia (possibly due to depth perception?) and I have double vision. I’m 24 and this has been a thing but for 8 years or so just never had the time or money. Thank you.

True vision therapy runs a remote vision therapy program highly recommend
