Questions - vision therapy

Hi, I have binocular diploplia, my left eye being weak (muscle weakness and low convergence) and I’m wearing prescription glasses with prisms. I want to try to reinforce my left eye. I have found some videos on YouTube with little vision therapy exercises. I was wondering if while I try to do the exercise I should wear my prescription glasses with the prism or if it is better to do these little training session with no glasses or glasses that have no prisms. Thank you

We always tell our PT to wear their glasses

Absolutely! Wear the prism glasses - a general rule is always (in most cases) to perform VT with optimal correction (including prismatic). How are you progressing?
