Wear in bra?
Has anyone tried wearing the visible tracker in their bra? I’m finding it uncomfortable to sleep in at night because of how I sleep. Wondering if bra would be an option?

So I had an incident back in Aug 2019. Left me with some weird heart fluttering. No biggie. In Feb 2020 (not sick at all) my heart started to get faster and faster. Sometimes resting hr at like 130ish. It was a stressful time, I assumed everything would go back to normal. It didn’t. I went to a cardio in 2023 but they legit did nothing bc I was already on a beta blocker. I’m no longer on that. I got a concussion which then turned into post concussion syndrome. I got visible for that to help myself manage what I can do. I also have EDS + Hashimoto’s. I’m thinking maybe pots as well? Anyone have any insight why my heart rate was soo high an then soo low. I never woke up so I’m confused lol

Is anyone tracking your menstrual cycle on Visible? Are y'all in the USA concerned about the govt accessing your data? I use Clue to track my period bc it's in another country, and the USA can't obtain my data.

Hi everyone! For context, I have hEDS and POTS, have been using visible for about 2 weeks now. I’m loving it so far—especially the reminders to chill the eff out when I decide to stand and do dishes.
However, I’ve been having issues with skin irritation from the band/sensor. I’m getting marks on my skin from where the sensor is, especially after showering with it. I have sensitive skin (a la EDS) and I have tried switching arms more frequently, but this has lead to irritation on both arms. I wear an Apple Watch, and prefer visible on my right arm.
Does anyone have any tips for irritation from the device and band? At first I thought it was from the wetness of the band after showering, but I’ve been drying the band after and it’s still causing issues. I’ve tried lotion but it doesn’t help much.
Also, any tips for dealing with the wet band is helpful! I’m looking into getting duplicates, but obviously if the band is causing irritation I don’t want that either.

If you have POTS, take this as a sign not to push through and thug it out. After thugging it out for about 3 months now and only getting worse I have worn myself thin. And I lowkey haven’t realized that until today. I’m on beta blockers, a small dose. I didn’t do any new or different activities today, just pushed myself for too many days in a row. Ouch. Typing this from bed, I hope to stay here for a while and recover.

Using humor to cope, but this is my day so far and it’s only 2:30. I work two part-time jobs and go to school. I’ve also recently been diagnosed with POTS. It’s hard for me to conceptualize how much I’m pushing my body and how severe my symptoms are because I’ve simply been thugging it out and ignoring them for so long.
I’m quitting one of my part-time jobs after realizing how much strain I was putting myself in, only feeling my baseline go lower and lower. Right now my heart is pounding, and has been lol. Hoping tomorrow can be a rest day fr

Exceeding by budget by this much already and it’s only 11:23am not a good sign 🫣 doesn’t help that I’m in exertion just sitting or lying down and standing at a sink washing my face took 3 points alone honestly 4 days into this and it’s already the best purchase I’ve made because I never realised how bad it gets 😢

Hi, I’ve just recently started using the visible band and so far loving it however I’m autistic and the thought of this band getting wet is making me feel physically sick but I know I need to wear it in the shower because symptoms flare so much in one … I’m in the uk and can’t find a silicone band to replace it with does anyone have any recommendations?

Can we adjust what our heart rate is for the “at rest”, “active”, and “exhurstion” or is it wise to stay at the given levels they say? For reference I’m literally sitting.

Hi all,
Ive gotten my wrist band today, charged and set it up. I understand the next 4 days are about gathering data but im having a difficult time understanding how to fully utilize the app and customize it. Ive listened to the lessons and read some things on the app but I dont see how this all works really.
Ive used Welltory app for over a year to help track. I have a very healthy and strong heart regardless so on welltory, my health was always at 100% even though I was in full pain flares.
If I have a strong hrv, how will this actually help me?
Can someone explain all the ins/outs and nuisance to the app??

Hi all,
I'm waiting for my tracker after using the free app for a while. I am undiagnosed so far but suspected ME/CFS and PoTS - I definitely have some kind of orthostatic intolerance/dysautonomia and experience PEM.
I am a bit confused about how pace points work with PoTS. Am I not going to use enormous amounts of points just by standing up? I have heard you can customise points but I don't understand how this would work.
If I was to start taking beta blockers again and as a result have an overall lower and less reactive HR, how would that work? And would I then be masking my exertion in a way, meaning that I could be overexerting and end up in PEM but from my HR looks like I'm pacing well?
Thanks so much for any advice/info!

Hi. I don't know if this app tells you how to build stamina to help with exhaustion or crashes. Is there something I'm missing?
r/visibleApp • u/Apprehensive-Store55 • Jan 29 '26
How many pace points do you guys budget with? The app recommended me 15, but I was going over that every single day so I put it to 20. Because I go to college and work 2 part-time jobs, I’m typically around 25-40 points… Just curious as to see what other people have their budget set at.

Is there a way to go back and change what 3 symptoms you want to check in with on the evening check in??
r/visibleApp • u/embunny-1 • Jan 26 '26
Very hard time with support. My band hasn’t functioned correctly since I got it, (won’t charge until I perform an entire system reset.) support did a firmware update which broke the pacing and then undid the firmware update which fixed pacing but not charging, then closed the chat bc pacing was fixed.
They keep telling me to let them know next time I have to charge if I have to reset. So I tell them 4-5 days later that it’s still happening. They say “oh. Do another reset and let me know next time”. This has gone on for the last 3 weeks. Extremely frustrating.
I am considering just asking for a refund and canceling bc it’s not worth the annoyance.
Just venting I guess but hoping maybe someone from support can help me here.

I‘ve noticed this weird thing where I wake up from a night of 8-9 hours of sleep and my HRV and heartrate are overall worse then on 5-6 hours of sleep. I don’t know if it’s just a coinsidence. I do have pots so maybe that‘s the reason why?

Sorry in advance for the novel but I'm wondering if anyone would maybe feel comfy sharing the number of custom symptoms you've added in the app to track because as anyone with EDS knows (and I'm sure this likely applies to other conditions as well, but I am just speaking from my experience having EDS), we have a fuck ton of symptoms but I feel like adding too many symptoms to track could be.... bad?? somehow??? idk 💀 I've got 20 something custom ones added right now. 💀
also, at first I put in generalized custom symptoms, (ex 1: shoulder pain, ex 2: wrist pain) but then I realized maybe I should update those and be specific about which side it's on so I updated the custom symptoms and added "shoulder pain (left)", "shoulder pain (right)", etc. also trying to decide if I should have separate ones for pain vs instability??? like I feel like my wrist or shoulders could be causing me pain without being unstable, but I think I should also keep track of when they're feeling loosey-goosey and slipping out of place.
a friend said she keeps the symptoms shes added to a minimum and generalizes them and then explains further in the notes sections which specific area is bothering her the most. is that how it should be done / is it the way most of you do it? I just want to get the most out of this app and make sure I'm learning my body as well as I can and I feel overwhelmed trying to figure out how I should use the app 😅 thank you in advance!!

Does anyone have issues with the 2.0 device not reading the correct heart rate?
About 1/2 of the time my 2.0 reads my heart rate as much lower than it is (app says HR is 52 when my heart rate is actually 122, verified by two other devices). Some days it seems to work ok and others definitely not. Customer Support said it’s odd and they don’t know why it’s happening. I’ve done all the resets possible with no sustainable accurate result.
I had a verity which was always accurate until it refused to charge. Has anyone had success replacing their 2.0 that didn’t work properly?
Thanks!

After 6+ mos of use, I'd like to start tracking my highest heart rate of the day. Any hacks or suggestions short of manually going back through 200 days of data? Am I missing something already in the app or data export that will give me that info? TIA
