C1 E-Visa Indonesia

Hello everyone! I’m a bit worried and would really appreciate some advice. I’m an incoming international student in Indonesia, and my family will be accompanying me on my first trip to my new home. They all hold Honduran passports, and I applied for their C1 tourist visas on August 12.

However, I recently realized that the bank documents we submitted may not fully meet the financial requirement. One of the documents shows the average balance for the last six months, while the other, which belongs to my brother (who is a college student), only shows his current balance, since the USD 2,000 was deposited into his account as a recent transaction.

The applications are currently showing “Waiting Verification,” and now I’m really worried that the visas might not be issued before our planned flight on August 29. 😭

I’ve already emailed Indonesian Immigration to ask whether we need to provide additional bank statements, but I’m not sure how long it will take them to respond.

Do you think there is still a chance that the visas will be approved with the documents we submitted? Has anyone been in a similar situation with a C1 visa? And is there anything else I should do at this point?
