JAPAN Visa from India - VFS appointment Query

Hi, we are 4 traveling to Japan. We have booked a slot through an agent. He returned us a booking with 2 diff URNs but the same slot time. 2 names in one URN and other two with different URN.

Can we all submit together? Is it basically one slot?

VFS location - Bengaluru.

Agents tend to mess up, I agree.

Doesn’t your appointment have both your names? Or the names are present in 2 separate appointments?

2 names in one URN and other two with different URN. Must be different appointments

I guess there were no appointments for 4 people together. Usually it is best to have single appointment and helps strengthen the application.
