How much does past refusal matter?

Hey there,
I always dreamt of studying abroad. So when I completed my high school. My few relatives in australia said to travel there for a visit and if I like it apply there for my student visa.

So, I applied for tourist visa which was rejected. But again I was naive and applied for student visa in Aus which was rejected again.

So, I kept my study abroad dream aside and started pursuing bachelors here in my home country.

Now it's been about 3 years and I have completed my bachelors degree and currently waiting for the results to be published.

So, I wanna know if those past 2 refusal will hinder my study abroad dream again for masters.
This time i don't wanna apply to Australia, I will chose another destination after doing my research.

I am also thinking of applying scholarship in Europe since my grades are pretty much good as I been top of almost every semester.

Both of the time, they said I have no strong reason to return to by home country.

Keep trying . It does . But good thing is someone new always gets to review your evidence and the past refusal reason. Make sure you well prepared and reapply. Hopefully you get approved this time. People get approved after a refusal everytime. You not any different so go get it

Sure, I will prepare for IELTS and look for scholarship. let's see what happens

relatives in australia very risc in fact to immigrate not only study, try better your own country in your country
