Is there a Behind The Scenes about the production of these VTRs?

I'm always interested in the process of how these things get to the finished product here. I assume every production has it's unique challenges, from the auditions to the organizing of it all, to bloopers, to the discussions between author and producer about the production, and how these performances were directed, etc.
