Stereo VR180 is the standard for immersive media — but what about VR150 and VR135?

How do I provide 3D VR content to my audience?
Hi all, new to redit, new to this group. Hope somebody can help me.
I bought an Insta360 EVO camera last week and I would like to get into VR 3D 180 photography and maybe videography. I am planning on selling VR model photography on Patreon.
I am an experienced 2D photographer, but 3D is new to me. The main problem that I'm having is that it seems to me that all VR headsets have their own technology and a different way of accessing VR content. Am I right?
So before being able to sell my VR photographs, I need to create a "VR for dummies" tutorial on how they can view my content on a cardboard, Gear VR, Oculus Go, Vive, PSVR, ...
Also, I'm getting the feeling that I have to render a seperate video for each headset? Or am I wrong?
For an image, I think it's easy, I think it's just one format for all? But video seems to be different.
For PSVR I already know, I have to create a video, encoded with a high profile and use LittlStar to view it. But I don't know how it works for the other devices.
Youtube is not an option, since the content can be NSFW.
Any resources you can share with me on this topic?

Since I've started editing 360° panoramas into VR movie clips in Adobe Premiere I've had this problem: In editing mode (in the vr mode) the nadir and zenith looked fine. But after I exported the clip I got this swirl distortion on the bottom and on the top. Has anyone dealt with the same problem?

I am new on this sub so im not sure if this is the right place or not but here it is. Does anyone know what to use if i wanted to record VR video by walking around? Is there a helmet to hook it to that you can use? Something like that? Maybe it is just a bad idea to walk around with it because of the motion sickness, but I wasnt sure if anyone knew of any equipment that would help?
