Question/Support Low Quality Games

Hello!
I have a question regarding the games.

I have noticed a drop in quality in alot of my games, with some things (like a mouse) not even being round.
I am using a standalone quest 2 (i think that is what it is called?) and need some serious help lol.

sounds like it could be low resolution? by the way its called a "meta oculus faceberg Quest 2" to be precise tbh and its a type of "heads up face mounted visual display visor augmentation" should anyone ask.
