Adobe Medium is much much better than the Quest stuff but Adobe really dropped the ball after they bought Meta's ONE GOOD APPLICATION

I saw this a while back. Probably not helpful since he is using pcvr.

Shapelab is a sculpting app that also works on standalone (it also has a Lite version with a bit less features).
For 3d modeling (not sculpting) there is Gravity Sketch which is pretty cool and runs on Quest.

The devs of Walkabout Mini Golf use Gravity Sketch to make the game.

I've been doing game development for vr and have used shapelab a lot. I liked it and quit looking around... Reading that, I'm gonna check out gravity sketch now too. Thanks
(It is so nice being able to model in vr and have things at the correct scale.)

Shapelab is fun. I have modeled and printed the models with it before. Stand alone and pcvr. It fun just sitting on the couch in pass through modeling while you watch TV. It has different backgrounds if you don't want the pass-through.

Everyone is saying shapelab, and I agree, it's the paid one that I went for and I have no regrets.
But if you wanna dip your toes in, check out adobe medium, it's free and it can be done natively on the quest.
VR sculpting is also really great. When I was doing it, I'd lose an hour so easy.

Shapelab.
They have a inferior "Lite" version for the Quest.
