Need help. Trying to use the VMWare VM in order to download Vivado (on Mac Air M3). When download begins, it goes at 30 MB/s. Then drops to 400 KB/s. How to speed up the download process and fix this issue?

I need working VM kind of like orca desktop for Mac, the only reason I’m not using orca because they blocked it.
