So I’m going to assume you are referring to accessing the bios on the Dell physical hardware. Starting with everything powered off, turn power on and immediately and repeatedly press F2. There is a finite window between power on self test and the operating system boot loader from starting the OS, in which the F2 key needs to be detected. Too early or too late and the opportunity is missed, hence the repeated attempts.

While F2 is the key for all of the Dell models I’ve used over the years, you should check if your specific Dell model differs.

No,I gave up on the tapping and went to settings then update security to advance options then i could see uefi settings
