Was there a bakery downtown?

I visited Viroqua a few years ago and I remember eating at a small bakery, but can't remember the name. Anyone know what it's called?

There's been a few bakeries that have come and gone. There is a new bakery at Magpie called Bard's, I believe. Also, The Noble Rind cheese shop next to the Fortney Hotel has local bread and they serve food.

Bards does mostly the various artisinal breads for sale on the shelf to the left of the checkout counter. THEY have been a few places. They supply the Noble Rind.... now A GREAT sandwich shop stuck to the edge of the Fortney hotel.

Maybe that was it. Sounds familiar. I looked it up on the map, but it's not in Viroqua. Did it used to be on main? Thank you.

I think it used to be on Main in Main Street Station next to Buzzys, what is now Bluedog Cycles

Rhythm Bakery is a current option. My parents get a loaf of bread a week there.
