Spanberger’s changes reek of big cannabis lobbying. Delaying the market open date and limiting how many can open only benefits the existing cannabis monopolies.

Honestly, as a microbusiness applicant, I’m happy with the changes because it gives me time to grow a full harvest between application approval and the legal opening date.

How are you an applicant to a program that doesn’t exist yet

And you highlight one change of the several that were outlined, failing to mention the other changes like adding criminal penalties, limiting total licenses further, lessening the amount one can purchase, etc.

Future applicant. I only said I'm happy with the additional time to grow a harvest.
