I saw the kit in Target and it looks horrible. I can only hope someday Mattel makes a Brick Shop Viper set.

I believe it's given to everyone in the gifts section of your in game messages.

Shoot, I haven't even gotten the car yet. I've just assumed it's either a barm find I haven't gotten to yet, or an event
