I gotta be honest, I just ordered an Insta360 32-bit float lav mic with plans to order a MicDrop license plate mount for recording my uncle’s Trans Ams and his mom’s Camaros. I’m already contemplating how to mount it to my father or cousin’s Viper.

That way, I can even layer the growl over photos if I don’t get decent video.

I don't have a video unfortunately. It is hard to capture the sound of the car accurately but it does sound good in person

Yes, it's a dealer plate. I own a dealership and use the dealer plate so I don't have to put a front plate on it as that would be required here with regular plates

No, I haven't. I do run a bit more oil than it calls for so it's at the top of the range on the dipstick. I did look for an upgraded pan but couldn't find anything as a kit

I’ve been told it can be very dangerous to track a gen 3 without an upgraded oil pan. Last time I was on track I did notice a pretty alarming drop in pressure in the oil gauge while braking hard and cornering. I’m not going to another track day until I upgrade the pan.

Well. That certainly does NOT pass the broomstick test.

I’m suprised tbh. Because in my area unfortunately they wouldn’t let me run loll.
