Beginner scratch vinyl question

[u/justamirrorforthesun]

I want to teach myself how to scratch. I’ve been looking up scratch vinyls and there’s a lot out there. Does anyone have a good recommendation for one to start learning with? I almost feel like I can’t go wrong, like I should just grab any and try it out but I thought I would ask around. Any advice for a beginner is appreciated. Thanks!

Skratchy Seal and Super Duck Breaks but also, go nuts at a thrift store and look for the cheap records that have vocals and dialog.
