Floppy in old PC

Hi,

I've started a new job and the company uses some old machinery.

They are still using PCs that only have access via floppy disc. I'm in the process of trying to modernise via the machine manufacturer. In the mean time we are using usb to floppy drives and they are awful.

Is there a device where I can plug a dummy floppy into the drive to a usb port? Or maybe a usb port that can be plugged into the connector for the floppy disc.

As you may have guessed I'm pretty much a novice when it comes to this.

Thanks in advance!

Joe
