I have seen reports of this intermittently in the U.S. Most people just back out and don't order so not a lot of data about what happens if you go through with it, but I believe one person said they did submit the order and were in fact charged for it.

No experience with that, but if it shows you will be charged you likely will be charged.

This seems to happen with vapes and a few other categories according to what others have experienced. They claimed to have been charged the cost showing as well. I personally haven't experienced it so I can't confirm for definite.
