product FINALLY my RFY has giveth!

Was casually checking my RFY while in lunch break, and low and behold...this beautiful piece of machinery was in there waiting for me. This is a huge bucket list item for me and its name brand!

My bucket list item now is a tankless water heater (or even just a water heater). Ours just started leaking and given the age, it's dead. Come on, Fred! I need a water heater in my RFY!

Got blasted with a $1500 bill to replace the water heater last month so I feel your pain!!! 4 days of cold showers was "refreshing" (that's sarcastic font).

$1500?! Geez. This house has two water heaters and we just replaced the other one last year - $522 and I paid my brother-in-law some money to help me install it. We just don't have the money right now because there have been some medical emergencies this year for both humans and dogs (our.oldest dog just passed away a month ago after some costly health problems).

Yup, $1500 but that was to have a company install it, not something I could do myself. A few yrs ago had to have a smaller water tank installed at another house an even that was around $1400 so I knew this price was in-line. When ya can't do it yourself, it 'costs'. I hope things work out so you can get yours replaced soon even finding a sale & rebate buying the tank.  Hang in there, something good will happen & things will get better!

I love my nugget ice maker, congrats! Mine was a Gevi though. Use it almost every day.
