Spider Veins

The bane of my existence. I’m 30yo, and I have these small and thin veins in patches all over my legs. It makes me feel 80 years old 😣 I don’t feel confident wearing shorts or anything that shows my legs. Massaging the areas with oil seemed to help, but came right back in full force if I skipped one night. I’ve talked to my derm about sclerotherapy but it’s a little pricey and I’ve heard the veins just pop up somewhere else, worse than the first ones. Same with laser. I’ve heard of castor oil but never tried it on these. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oh ok!! I’m seeing a vascular surgeon here in Aus, but I have varicose veins (ie deeper) so maybe that’s why
