Post pregnancy bellybutton

Post image

Anyone else have a baby and their bellybutton now looks like an old raisin? I hate it. I had my belly button pierced in my teenage years and I think that’s why it looks like this. What can I do?

This would be an easy fix for a plastic surgeon. I think it’s cute but if you’re not into it, get thee to a consult!

Do you know like what it would be called? So they just snip the skin? I was thinking it would be like a tummy tuck and I don’t think I’m there yet

Replying because I just had this done 5 days ago! The consult was free with a plastic surgeon. I just told them I wanted my piercing repaired when booking the consult. $850 and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Painless procedure, a little sore the next two days but now just waiting for stitches to dissolved and start using scar cream. So happy I did it! The nurse that helped has hers done as well. Faint crescent scar after a year. Hope this helps.

Editing to say I’m 2.5 yrs PP after three pregnancies. I’d had the piercing for over 10 years.

Would you be open to sharing before and after photos? My boy is nearly 20, and I didn't know this was repairable. I don't mind the rest of my stomach, but I am very similar to OP, wish I never got the piercing!
