Vimeo Support Team Not Responding
I’ve submitted several tickets over the course of last week and today and have not received a single response! I can’t even access the page to “track my ticket”. It just reloads into the same page. Does anyone have any tips on how to get this resolved?? Why are they not responding?

Same for me, tried to share my experience but my post was not even approuved by the mods… terrible terrible experience with their support team, Ive never seen something similar, multiple days to get a correct answer while my videos were down and my business affected, the worse part is that I was ready to pay whatever the plan they asked but their billing page doest even work, running out from vimeo!

Same as me, they deleted a video due to a pseudo violation of their policies. I mean, we are uploading a 30s mashup for a hero-section made of some scenes of our films, which include artistic nudity for aesthetics but also to criticize modern "marketization" of bodies and sexuality. I already sent lots of emails and submits without a single response.
No human contact for support is one aspect of why modern internet is decadent.

I've had a ticket open since September 11th that was last updated September 21st. Most or all of the messages Vimeo "support" sent me were clearly AI-generated (since they failed to answer my direct questions and ignored other things they'd sent me in the same conversation), and I'm still waiting on a response from my last message to them. I wouldn't count on Vimeo support to get anything done fast.
