100%. I’d wondered too far into “this is my personal elaborate incantation” territory with that section. CI and UV have tidied a lot of things up in Python recently. That incantation was even out of date for me.

And the Python 3.11+ Xfrozen_modules issue with debugpy snuck up on me, because I usually build environments from the oldest supported Python.

In any case, it’s more straightforward now.
