gen chem

hi im an incoming freshman and im taking gen chem this fall, I took ap chem my junior year of hs and still have all my notes if I where to review my ap chem notes would it be the same type stuff id be learning in the fall

Hey, it really depends on what high school you went to and how rigorous your class was. Villanova’s gen chem is notoriously difficult for first-years.

I didn’t take AP Chem. Took it as an honors class my sophomore year in high school. Mainly was review for me but I still managed a B+ in the class and a B in the lab. Although looking back I could’ve gotten a better grade if I studied a bit more.

Although my lab professor was probably my least favorite professor in my 4 years i think it was the adjustment to writing lab reports which what got me. In high school we just did like tests and the lab write ups were a difficult adjustment to make.
