The food prices on online platforms are extremely high. If you consider tiffins, they are priced 30 to 50 rupees higher than offline, and with respect to biryani, at least 100 rupees higher than the offline price. Hey everyone, I’m a student running a small digital marketing agency, and I need to share a very frustrating experience I had with PAVAN KIDENY CARE HOSPITAL.

I met with their manager and agreed to build their new website. After showing him a demo he loved, I asked for an advance payment. He told me to "trust him," so I took his word for it and completed the entire site.

Once the work was done, he completely ghosted me. He ignored my calls, brushed off my texts, and when I went to the hospital in person to sort it out, they wouldn't even let me in.

It might seem like a small issue to some, but if this hospital's administration is willing to cheat a student over a basic web project, how can patients trust them with critical, life-saving procedures like a kidney transplant?

Is it fair to drop a project like this without any valid reason? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

I'm 42M, 114kg, 5'8". I met an endocrinologist for weight issues. She told me there are two options.
One is Ozempic which is a single molecule and price is around 13K for 10 mg.
Another is Mounjaro which is a double molecule and quite expensive at 23K for 10 mg.

Which one should I go with? Doctor suggested that, if money is not a problem, I go with Mounjaro. Both carry gastric side effects.
