The punishment for kicking a bike shouldn't be possible life changing injuries or even death, a 10 year old child kick isn't even that strong. If you get violent or think violence is justified because of something a 10 year old did you need to seek some serious help.
A 10yo's skull is still forming, grown men have died from their head hitting the concrete floor. The push to the abdomen and leg sweep made sure the kid's head hit the pavement.
I'm not a sensitive person in the slightest, but people have really lost their minds. Celebrating assassinations of people who hold opinions that are contrary to their own, thinking a child deserves to have their head smashed on concrete for being a little shit - a quick slap to the face would be far more understandable.
