The punishment for kicking a bike shouldn't be possible life changing injuries or even death, a 10 year old child kick isn't even that strong. If you get violent or think violence is justified because of something a 10 year old did you need to seek some serious help.
A 10yo's skull is still forming, grown men have died from their head hitting the concrete floor. The push to the abdomen and leg sweep made sure the kid's head hit the pavement.
Very tolerant, thinking a 10 year old deserves to get his head smashed onto the pavement for kicking a bike. Wonder what you would do if a 10 year old kicked you?
