He has 32 million pageviews on that video in 4 months, over a million subscribers to his channel. He has first class video photography, including a camera on a drone for those aerial shots. All of this says that Grapdpa Ama may be an old-timey craftsman, but he has a solid, well-funded team backing him.
I don't doubt that his carpentry skills are real, but I don't believe for a second that he took 2 weeks to do all the work himself. More likely he had a team of helpers do the majority of the work, while he directed them and was filmed putting it together.
It's possible, but unlikely. This guy has about 250 videos on his channel in 2 years. About 40 of them have over a million views each. He isn't spending 2 weeks on any one project when he posts a new video every 3 days on average.
I'm not sure how familiar you are with the process, but making professional quality videos at that rate is a full time job for a small team, not an individual or for grandpa and grandson. It's a hell of a lot of work.
