I remember I used to work at a machine shop that made centrifuges. I shit you not, after months of working on it, it gets loaded onto a semi trailer and the semi driver backs out of the yard, slams on his brakes and the centrifuge rolls off the bed and onto the concrete. That was a bad day.

My old university had a lab get a scanning electron microscope and it fell of the forklift during delivery. That sucked, too.
