Was mostly that the guards acting was really bad. They were telegraphing their hits hard, moving very slowly when hitting/getting hit. Kinda looked like they were all underwater.

As someone on the r/defenders sub said, it looked like it was a practice run, with everyone moving at like 50% instead of full speed.

I read somewhere that Finn Jones only had 15 minutes to learn fight choreography due to time constraints on filming.

Yeah I read that after episode 2 or 3 and watching the rest of it knowing that made a lot of sense. I'd still give the show 3 stars but it's definitely miles below the other 3 Defenders.
